
GUILFORD, Conn. (1010 WINS) -- Four people died in Guilford early Sunday morning after a driver traveling the wrong direction on Interstate 95 crashed head on into another vehicle, according to Connecticut State Police.

Luis Fernando Garduno Cidals, 22, was driving the wrong direction on the southbound side of the highway between exits 60 and 59 around 2:45 a.m.
He crashed into Johnny Brookhardt, 76, who was driving with passengers Caroline Brookhardt, 68, and Patricia Greene-Kessler, 66.
All four people involved in the accident died.
The police investigation into the collision is ongoing.
