
VINELAND, N.J. (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A missing 7-month-old girl was found safe Thursday morning after police issued an Amber Alert for her.
New Jersey State Police sent an Amber Alert to phones across the state early Thursday as they searched for Emerie Rivera and her 22-year-old father.
The girl was reported abducted in the city of Vineland in Cumberland County around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
Around 7:30 a.m. Thursday, police in New Jersey and Pennsylvania said Rivera had been located and was safe. The Amber Alert was canceled.
Her father, Ramon Rivera Jr., was taken into custody, according to NJ.com.
