Boy, 2, found 'unresponsive' in LI pool, condition serious

CENTEREACH, N.Y. (1010 WINS) — A 2-year-old boy was found "unresponsive" after being pulled from a pool at a Centereach home on Tuesday evening, police said.

Suffolk County Police responded around 6:25 p.m. to a 911 caller at a home on Barbara Drive who reported the incident.

The toddler, who is a relative of the home's occupants, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital in serious condition, according to police.
