
HARTFORD, Conn. (1010 WINS) — A Connecticut couple was shot to death by a neighbor during an argument over a dog on Sunday night.

Upon arriving at the Hartford home, officers found three shooting victims and a identified as Chase Garrett, 39, and Christina Dang, 27, police told NBC Connecticut.
Family members told the outlet the two were a couple and parents to a 4-month-old. Officials said the baby has been placed with the Department of Children and Family Services.
A third wounded person, woman in her 20s, was rushed to the hospital and remained in critical condition Monday, police said. She lived at the same address as the victims.
Police Chief Jason Thody said Monday the shooting appears to have been incited by a dispute over a dog that led to shots being fired.
Police have identified a person of interest, according to the report. They have found a that may have driven away from the scene by that individual.
Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin called the shooting a "tragic series of events."
