The "Trap Queen" rapper, whose real name is Willie Maxwell, was busted for violating the terms of his $500,000 personal recognizance bond after he was arrested in November 2021 on drug trafficking charges on Long Island.

"Imma kill you and everybody you with," he told a man during the Facetime call, according to a criminal affidavit reviewed by the Daily News. He then allegedly pointed a gun at the screen and said, "I'm gonna kill you."

When the man on the other end of the call accused Maxwell of being a "rat," he responded, "Your man is a rat," the FBI alleges in the affidavit.

Gun possession, as well as violating any law, is a direct violation of the 31-year-old's pretrial release.

Magistrate Judge Steven Locke revoked Maxwell's bond during a court hearing in Central Islip federal court on Monday afternoon for violating his bond deal.

Maxwell was originally arrested on Oct. 28 at Citi Field for participating in a conspiracy to smuggle large amounts of heroin, fentanyl and other drugs into the New York City region.

According to those charges, six men, including the rapper, allegedly participated in transporting, distributing and selling more than 100 kilograms of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl and crack cocaine across Long Island and New Jersey from June 2019 to June 2020.

The indictment accused Maxwell, born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, of being a kilogram-level redistributor. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on bond several days after his arrest.

As part of that release, he was subjected to GPS monitoring and random drug testing, and had to surrender his passport.

In December, Maxwell was arrested at Newark Airport on an outstanding warrant. He has also previously been arrested on assault charges in Las Vegas in 2019 and drunk driving charges in Brooklyn in 2017.
