
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Nassau County police arrested a 25-year-old man on Saturday for allegedly spray painting racist graffiti on the side of an urgent care clinic.

Carlos Aguilar from East Meadow spray painted “KKK” and other graffiti on the side of AFC Urgent Care on the Hempstead Bethpage Turnpike near Prospect Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on May 20, authorities said.
Police charged him with hate crime criminal mischief and making graffiti.
Aguilar faces a maximum sentence of two years in jail if found guilty.
