VALLEY STREAM, N.Y. (1010 WINS) — A 36-year-old man was arrested after he exposed himself to two teens in Nassau County on Monday night, police said.

Rodolfo Ernesto Umana, of Valley Stream, is charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child because one of the victims was 16 years old. He also had three active bench warrants.
Nassau County Police said it happened at Village Green Park in Valley Stream when Umana approached the 16-year-old and 19-year-old victims and exposed himself just before 8 p.m.
Both teens immediately called police, and Umana was arrested without incident.
He is due to be arraigned on Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
