VALLEY STREAM, N.Y. (1010 WINS) — A 47-year-old motorcyclist has died a week after he was critically injured in a Nassau County crash.
Daniel Berrios was heading north on Mill Road in Valley Stream on April 2 around 8:18 a.m. when he was struck by a 2010 gray Honda Civic traveling south on the roadway and attempting to turn left onto Birch Lane.
Berrios was hospitalized in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries, police said Sunday.
There's no word on whether the 72-year-old Honda driver, who remained at the scene, would face any charges.
