
NEW YROK (1010 WINS) — Three shootings in Manhattan and Brooklyn left two people dead and three injured during a violent night in the city, authorities said.
Shots rang out around 10 p.m. Saturday in front of an event space at 541 West 25th Street in Chelsea where police responded and found three victims, officials said.
A 42-year-old man was struck multiple times throughout his body and was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue where he was pronounced dead.
Two other victims—a 32-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man—were also shot, both in their legs. The woman was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue by EMS workers where she is in stable condition. The man was transported by private means to Lenox Hill Hospital where he is also in stable condition.

Cops said it is unclear whether the victims were inside of the event space before the shooting happened. A nearby TLC SUV was also struck on the passenger side by a bullet. No arrests have been made yet.
Later in the night, another shooting took place nearby. Around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, a 32-year-old man was shot in the chest in front of 101 West 23rd Street in the Flatiron District, police said.
Emergency workers transported the man to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue where he is expected to survive. The victim told police a man shot him but the motive is unknown. No arrests have been made yet.
In Brooklyn, another Saturday night shooting left a man dead. The fatal incident happened around 9:30 p.m. near Hendrix St. and New Lots Ave. Police arrived at the scene and found a 34-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest, officials said.
The victim was transported to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made yet in this shooting either.
Cops are still investigating all three incidents.
