The shooter opened fire from the window of a gray vehicle on Fulton Street near Bedford Avenue around 7 p.m., officials said.
Two 22-year-old victims were hit — one in the hip and the other in the ankle.
Emergency responders rushed both victims to Kings County Hospital Center in stable condition.
The suspect sped off, and police have not yet made any arrests.
Authorities believe the victims were the intended target of the shooting.
Officers found eight shell casings found on the scene.
