
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Overnight shootings in Brooklyn left two men dead and a woman injured, police said Saturday.
The deadly gunfire started shortly before midnight in Gravesend, where a 31-year-old man was shot multiple times at the Marlboro Houses on Avenue W, according to police.
Officers responding to a 911 call found the victim unconscious with gunshot wounds to his body around 11:45 p.m. EMS transported him to Coney Island Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
About two hours later, a man was shot outside NYCHA’s Ralph Avenue Rehab on East New York Avenue in Brownsville, police said.
When officers got to the scene around 2 a.m., they found the 32-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his body. He was rushed to Kings County Hospital but did not survive.
An 18-year-old woman was also found shot about a block away at E. 98th Street and East New York Avenue.
The woman had been shot in her right arm, police said. She was taken to Kings County Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition.
No arrests have been reported in either of the deadly shootings, police said.
A 41-year-old man was also shot earlier in the night in Harlem, according to the New York Post. The man was hit in the buttocks near W. 127th Street and Malcolm X Boulevard around 11:20 p.m. He was hospitalized in stable condition. Citizen App video shows police at the scene.
