2 men shot in Bronx, suspect at-large: police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two men were shot in the Bronx Wednesday afternoon, according to police.

A man opened fire on a 21-year-old man and 33-year-old man around 4:55 p.m. on Ogden Avenue near West 165th Street in Highbridge, officials said.

The younger man was hit twice in the right arm and the older man was struck in the abdomen.

Emergency responders rushed the victims to Lincoln Medical Center in stable condition.

Authorities believe the victims will likely survive their injuries.

The suspect fled the scene of the shooting. Police have not yet made any arrests.
