NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two men are wanted in connection to two robberies in Manhattan which occurred just days apart, authorities said.

The first robbery happened on May 9 around 9:45 p.m. in a store at 206 Ave. B in the East Village. Two men went up to the store’s employee, made threats and demanded property before stealing $265 from the cash register and fleeing the scene, police said.

Two days later, around 2:15 p.m., two men entered a dry cleaning business at 85 Christopher St. in the West Village. The suspects simulated having a gun and demanded property from the employee. The thieves made away with about $153 from the cash register and merchandise worth about $370, cops said.

No injuries were reported as a result of either of the incidents.
