NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two students were shot one block from their Brooklyn public high school on Monday afternoon, a source and police said.

Police said the teens — a 19-year-old man and 17-year-old girl — were shot just after 3 p.m. at a nearby housing development at 200 Maujer St. in East Williamsburg.

According to the police, the man suffered a graze wound to his head and was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst.

The girl was shot in the abdomen and was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. Both are in stable condition, police said.

The source said the teens are both students at Grand St. Campus High School on Grand Grand Street at Bushwick Avenue.

It wasn't immediately clear what led to the shooting.

Police had no other details at this time.
