NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Authorities are investigating the fatal shooting of a 29-year-old man in Brooklyn Wednesday night.

The incident happened in front of 781 Belmont Avenue in East New York around 7 p.m., police said.
Officers were responding to a 911 call of shots fired when they found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body, according to officials.
Emergency workers transported the victim to Interfaith Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The man’s identity was not immediately released. No arrests have been made yet.
