NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A third child has died following a fire that killed his twin sister and their brother at a Staten Island home last month.

Aiden Miles, 5, died of his injuries on Dec. 28, five days after the fire broke out in the three-story Stapleton home on Van Duzer Street, WABC 7 reported.

He was the twin brother of Ashley Miles, a 5-year-old girl who died in the fire, as well as Cera Miles, a 6-year-old boy who also died.

Another 10-year-old boy was critically injured, while two other children, a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy, were less seriously injured.

No adults were at the home at the time of the fire, which remains under investigation.

The American Red Cross has provided emergency assistance to 13 people who lived in the charred building or next door.

Staff at P.S. 57, where the children attended school, set up an Amazon Wishlist to gather essential supplies for the family.
