NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are looking for seven men after a group allegedly threw glass bottles toward NYPD officers on Sunday, with multiple videos showing the attack unfolding.

It happened around 8:05 p.m. near East 168th Street and Sheridan Avenue, police said.

A 29-year-old officer was responding to a disorderly group after the Bronx Dominican Day parade when the large group, including the men still at large, threw bottles at him.

The seven fled to parts unknown, according to police.

The victim sustained bruising and cuts to the face and was taken to a local area hospital in stable condition.

Video released partially by the NYPD showed part of the attack, but video tweeted by the Detectives' Endowment Association shows what led to the incident as they argued that "the city is in a crisis."

"They were observed drinking, playing loud music, blocking the sidewalk, being disorderly, and congregating at the location," police told PIX 11. "Officers approached an individual who attempted to flee the location but was apprehended armed with a loaded firearm."

On the DEA's video, the crowd can be heard shouting, "Why ya'll pushing?" Officers then tell the men gathered to step back when the conflict unfolds.

One man is seen being arrested after being thrown to the ground in the video. Another man is seen swinging at a police officer as others start tossing bottles.

Along with the 29-year-old officer, four others suffered minor injuries, according to the outlet.

Police issued four summons to four individuals and shared the names of three men charged, according to PIX 11.

Yorky Hernandez, 19, Erni Taveras, 20, and Bryan Alonzo, 20, are each now facing multiple charges.

The NYPD said the seven men being sought are around 20 to 25 years old.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
