NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating after a man’s body was found on the mezzanine of a Manhattan subway Sunday morning, authorities said.

Officials discovered the 56-year-old unconscious body at the N, Q, R line station at West 49th Street and Broadway at around 9:25 a.m. where he was pronounced dead.
There was no foul play suspected, but narcotics were found near the man’s body, according to the NYPD.
An investigation is ongoing.
