
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 12-year-old boy was slashed in the chest at a Bronx playground on Saturday after an argument broke out during a basketball game, according to police.
The child was cut around 3:41 p.m. at the Marble Hill Playground, officials said.
The suspect fled after the attack.
Emergency responders took the boy to NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Irving Medical Center in stable condition.
Police have not yet made any arrests, and an investigation into the attack is ongoing.
