NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A 16-year-old boy was shot in the back in a Harlem park on Sunday night, police said.
The teen was hit by gunfire around 10 p.m. at Marcus Garvey Park.
EMS transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem with non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim was being uncooperative with investigators, police said.
No arrests have been reported as the investigation continues.
