Boy, 17, fatally shot in East Harlem

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is investigating the shooting death of a 17-year-old boy in East Harlem on Sunday night, authorities said.

At approximately 5:15 p.m., officers responded to report of shots fired at 425 East 105th St.

Upon arrival, police discovered numerous shell casings at the location.

Further investigation determined that 17-year-old Dominick Allen was transported by private means to Harlem Hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest where he was pronounced dead.

There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
