Prosecutors believe Zachary Williams twice traveled to Connecticut in February 2021 to engage in sex acts with the child

The FBI obtained three videos he produced of her performing sex acts.

Williams was arrested on March 13 in New Jersey for allegedly sexually abusing a different minor.

In that instance, he lied about his age to obtain nude pictures from the child and then threatened to send them to friends and family if she didn’t have sex with him, according to the criminal complaint filed against him.

They eventually met at a New Jersey hotel for sex, authorities say.

Prosecutors charged Williams with aggravated sexual abuse with children, production of child pornography, enticing a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity and interstate travel to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.

If found guilty of all charges, he faces a minimum sentence of 85 years in prison and a maximum of life in prison.
