
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for two people who beat and robbed a 72-year-old man in Washington Heights last month.
The man was walking near the intersection of Broadway and 172nd Street on June 23 around 4:50 p.m., when the two unidentified suspects approached him and one started punching him in the face, according to officials.
As one attacker was beating him, the other allegedly stole money from the victim’s pocket. The duo fled on foot.
EMS treated him on the scene for minor injuries.
