Dice game on Harlem street leads to fatal shooting of man, 35

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 35-year-old man was fatally shot in Harlem early Saturday, authorities said.

The victim, James Johnson, was allegedly playing a game of dice with friends in front of 146 West 124th Street around 12:30 a.m. when the shooting happened, sources told the Daily News. 

Johnson and another player allegedly got into an argument when the other player shot him in the neck.

Responding officers found Johnson unconscious and unresponsive. EMS workers pronounced Johnson dead at the scene, police said.

No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
