NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Tuesday released surveillance footage of the gunman wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 31-year-old man in the South Bronx last Friday night.

Just before midnight, the suspect got into an argument with the victim, later identified as James Thrower, at East 162nd Street and Teller Avenue in Melrose, police said.
That's when police said the suspect brandished a gun and opened fire, shooting Thrower multiple times.
The man, who police say is in his 30s, around 5'8" tall and weighs around 200 pounds, then fled the scene eastbound on East 161st Street.
EMS responded and transported Thrower to NYC Health & Hospitals/Lincoln where he was pronounced dead.
