NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A pickup truck driver is in critical condition with a broken neck after he flipped his car while driving on a Queens highway early Saturday morning, according to the NYPD.

The 30-year-old man was speeding eastbound on the Belt Parkway when he lost control of his truck near the Lefferts Boulevard exit in South Ozone Park around 12:30 a.m., police said.
Emergency responders found him still behind the wheel with a broken neck and rushed him to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition.
Police are investigating the crash.
