NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — An off-duty NYPD sergeant was arrested early Friday morning after drunkenly crashing his car into a parked vehicle in Brooklyn, according to police.

Sgt. Andrew Lindsay, 37, allegedly crashed his person vehicle into an empty, parked car near the intersection of Fulton Street and Clinton Street in Clinton Hill around 1:30 a.m., officials said.

No one was injured in the crash.

The 14-year police veteran, who the department paid $128,000 last year, refused to take a breathalyzer test at the scene of the crash, according to authorities.

Lindsay has been the subject of at least 20 misconduct allegations.

The Civilian Complaint Review Board substantiated two of the allegations, including one in which he beat a civilian with a blunt object.

The CCRB exonerated him of two other allegations, and the rest were either inconclusive or closed pending litigation.

Lindsay was assigned to the 78th Precinct in Park Slope, near where he was arrested.
