Duo robbed at Brooklyn subway station on Christmas

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man and a woman were robbed at a Brooklyn subway station on Christmas morning, authorities said.

The victims, a 31-year-old man and a 30 year-old woman, were at the 25th Street R train station around 9:30 a.m. Sunday when the incident happened, police said.

A man approached the pair and indicated he had a gun under his jacket. He then stole the victims’ property and fled the scene, according to officials.

Cops did not specify what was taken from the victims. No injuries were reported as a result.
