Duo who stole TV's from Queens church sought by police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Authorities are looking to identify two burglars wanted for stealing multiple TVs from inside a Queens church earlier this month, according to the NYPD.

On Monday, March 7, at 1:45 a.m., two unidentified individuals disabled the lock of the side basement door of the Saint Sarkis Church located at 38-65 234th Street in Flushing, officials said.

Once inside, the suspects took four televisions that were mounted on the walls before fleeing through the basement door to parts unknown.

The suspects are described by police as:

Suspect #1: Male, dark complexion, slim build, with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a hooded winter jacket.

Suspect #2: Male, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, face mask, and a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.
