NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- Police are searching for six people who they say beat, stabbed and shot at a 15-year-old boy on a Bronx street this week.
The NYPD released surveillance images Thursday of three suspects they’re searching for in Monday’s assault in Mount Hope.
The victim was standing on the corner of Morris Avenue and East 174th Street just before 5 p.m. when the group came up and started punching him, police said.
One of the males then whipped out a knife and repeatedly stabbed the teen in his torso.
A second attacker also brandished a gun and fired several rounds at the victim, according to police, who said no one was struck by the bullets.
The victim was transported with multiple injuries to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was listed in stable condition.
The group fled on foot, police said.
No arrests had been reported as of Thursday.
