NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released video footage of a man they are searching for accused of shooting a man on a Queens street last month, authorities said.
According to police, the shooting happened at approximately 2 a.m. on Friday, July 8, in the vicinity of Merrick Boulevard and 223rd Street in Laurelton.

A 47-year-old man was returning to his car when the suspect approached his vehicle, officials said.
The victim then drove off, at which time the suspect fired two shots striking him in his left arm, the NYPD said.
He was taken transported to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect fled southbound on 223rd Street.
