NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A second arrest has been made in the hate crime attack on an 18-year-old Jewish man in Brooklyn, the NYPD's Hate Crime Task Force announced Wednesday.

"Detectives from Hate Crime Task Force arrested the 2nd juvenile perpetrator involved in the Assault of a Jewish man that occurred on May 10th in front of 1801 Avenue M (confines of the 70th Precinct)," NYPD's Hate Crimes Unit tweeted.
The victim, who was dressed in traditional Jewish attire, was approached by the attackers in front of 1801 Avenue M in Midwood at 2:06 p.m. on May 10, according police.
One suspect demanded the teen make a statement about Palestine before punching him in the right eye, according to police, who told the New York Post he specifically ordered the victim to say, "Free Palestine."
Authorities said the suspects then fled on foot. The victim, who suffered pain to his eye, was transported in stable condition to Maimonides Medical Center.
On May 20, authorities arrested a suspect in connection to the incident. A second person was arrested on Wednesday, who police say is a juvenile.
