NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 24-year-old man was gunned down in front of a Brooklyn deli on Monday, police said.
The victim was found outside the deli on Avenue L and East 95th Street in Canarsie just before 4:15 p.m. with two gunshot wounds to the torso.
Medics rushed him to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he died.
Police said his identity is being withheld pending family notification.
No arrests have been made, and it was unclear Monday evening what triggered the shooting.
An investigation is ongoing.
