NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on Wednesday released video footage of a suspect they are looking to identity in connection to a robbery that occurred in Queens last week.
At approximately 4:45 a.m., on Wednesday, May 10, a 25-year-old man was walking in the vicinity of 37th Avenue and 102nd Street in North Corona when he was approached by the suspect, police said.
The suspect then punched the victim in the face and demanded the victim’s wallet and cellular phone.
The victim did not comply and ran from the suspect who was last seen fleeing eastbound on 37th Street.
The victim suffered minor injuries and refused medical attention on scene.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black coat with a white shirt underneath, dark colored pants, and white sneakers.
