NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 26-year-old man was fatally shot in the face at a Staten Island apartment building on Saturday, according to police.
Officers found Quamane Rogers with a gunshot wound to his face at an apartment building on Park Hill Avenue near Sobel Court around 2:52 p.m., officials said.
EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police have not yet made any arrests, and an investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
