
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 46-year-old was fatally shot in the Bronx early Thursday after reportedly getting into an argument with his killer.

Police said cops responded to a 911 call of a male shot at 12:14 a.m. to a Wakefield residential building on East 227th Street.
Upon arrival, officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/ Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.
The New York Daily News reports that the shooting was predicated on a dispute with the gunman.
The victim's identity has not been released pending family notification.
There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.
