NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Monday released a new image of the man they say shoved a 66-year-old man onto the tracks of a Brooklyn subway station in a completely unprovoked attack.

The suspect followed the man inside the President Street station around 2:55 p.m. Sunday before pushing the 66-year-old into the Manhattan-bound roadbed.

He was not hit by a train and was pulled back onto the platform by two bystanders.

EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County in stable condition.

The shover then fled out of the subway station toward Eastern Parkway.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
