
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 66-year-old Queens man Saturday morning by his 73-year-old brother in their shared house.

The siblings were allegedly having a dispute around 7:40 a.m. in their Laurelton home on 230th Street when the shooting happened, authorities said.
Jethro Jacobs shot George Jacobs in the chest after George allegedly pulled a knife on his brother first, sources told the New York Post.
George was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Jethro was arrested Sunday and charged with murder and two counts of weapons possession.
