NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released images of two suspects Tuesday after a man was bashed in the head with a glass bottle at a Brooklyn smoke shop over the weekend.

The 29-year-old victim was at the smoke shop on McDonald Avenue, near 18th Avenue, in Mapleton around 8:45 p.m. Sunday when two men got into an argument with him.

The dispute turned physical, and the duo struck him in the head with a glass bottle, police said.

He suffered lacerations to his face and was transported in stable condition to Maimonides Medical Center.
