The victim was attacked in front of 560 West 144th St. on May 31 by a man and several other people who have since been arrested, according to police.

Cops said the man on the loose stomped on the victim and punched him in the face multiple times, knocking him unconscious before fleeing on foot to parts unknown.

The victim was removed to NYC Health & Hospitals/Harlem in critical but stable condition.

Authorities said the suspect is described as being around 20 to 30 years of age. They said he’s 5'5" to 5'8" tall with a slim build, black hair, short braids and a mustache.

He was last seen wearing a black bubble jacket with a white stripe down the arms, a black-shirt, gray ripped jeans, gray sneakers and a black hat.
