NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A man groped a woman after following her into her West Village apartment building, police said Tuesday.
Newly released images show the suspect who the NYPD is searching for in the Feb. 26 attack.
The 24-year-old victim was heading home at 8 p.m. when her attacker followed her inside her building at Greenwich and Jane streets.
As the woman was walking up a stairwell, he grabbed her buttocks over her clothing, police said.
He then fled the building and ran off eastbound on Jane Street.
Police believe the suspect is in his 30s.
