NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man was fatally shot in Harlem on Thursday, police said.
According to police, the man in his 40s was shot in the chest around 3:50 p.m. at 125th Street and Lenox Avenue.
He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem in critical condition, but was later pronounced dead.
A person of interest is in custody.
An investigation is underway.
