NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a man who robbed a Hell’s Kitchen smoke shop and beat the store clerk there in the process.
The suspect entered Liberty Smoke Shop on 10th Avenue near West 48th Street around 12:09 p.m., according to officials.
He allegedly jumped behind the counter and began punching and kicking the 23-year-old man working there before taking off with about $800 worth of CBD products.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
