
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man was decapitated by a train at a Bronx subway station, police said Friday.
The man was sitting on the tracks at the elevated Castle Hill subway station in the Unionport section around 10:40 p.m. Wednesday when a 6 train hit him, police and sources told the New York Post.
The man was decapitated, with his head falling to the sidewalk and his body remaining on the tracks, according to the report.
Police said he was pronounced dead at the scene. He has not been identified.
