NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released surveillance video of a group of suspects wanted for slashing and beating a man during a dispute outside of a Queens restaurant last weekend, authorities said.
It happened at approximately 3:40 a.m. on Sunday, May 22, in front of the Lima Restaurant & Bar located on Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights.

Police said a 23-year-old man was exiting the establishment with a woman when four unknown men approached and made comments to the woman.
The man and the suspects engaged in a verbal dispute, which escalated into a physical encounter, officials said.
One suspect displayed a knife and slashed the victim's body multiple times as the other three suspects struck him with closed fists, before fleeing the scene on foot in an unknown direction, cops said.
The victim sustained multiple slash wounds to his chest and abdomen ad was transported via EMS responded to the location and transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Queens, where he has since been treated and released.

The NYPD described the suspects as follows:
Suspect#1: Male, medium complexion, approximately 21-years-old, medium build, with a long ponytail. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt with a graphic on the front, jeans, sneakers and brandishing a knife.
Suspect#2: Male, medium complexion, approximately 21-years-old, medium build, with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt with a graphic photo of a heart on the front, jeans and sneakers.
Suspect#3: Male, light complexion, approximately 21-years-old, thin build, with short hair. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, jeans and sneakers.
Suspect #4: Male, athletic build, medium complexion, approximately 21-years-old, with a goatee and short close cut dark hair. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve t-shirt, jeans and sneakers.
