NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify a man for groping a woman aboard a MTA bus in Brooklyn earlier this month, authorities said Monday.

At 10:10 p.m. on June 5, a 19-year-old woman was on a southbound B47 MTA bus when she was approached by the suspect, officials said.

The suspect gabbed the victim's genital area over her clothing, without permission to do so, police said.

He then exited the bus at Remsen Avenue and Lenox Road in East Flatbush where he fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The victim did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of this incident.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
