NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on released surveillance footage of a suspect wanted in a knifepoint robbery at a Bronx check cashing place in April.
At approximately 6 a.m. on Monday, April 10, the suspect entered a check cashing business located at 2486 Grand Concourse in Fordham Heights.
The suspect displayed a knife and demanded money from an employee, police said.
He then cut the wires to an electronic pin pad, removed it from the store and fled the store on a scooter, officials said.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The suspect was last seen wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt, brown boots and tan pants.
