Man who slapped teen girl's butt on Bronx bus sought by police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify a man wanted for allegedly slapping a teen girl's buttocks while on a Bronx bus late last month, authorities said.

The incident happened at approximately 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, November 24, on a westbound Bx36 MTA Bus when the suspect approached a 17-year-old girl and slapped her buttocks without permission to do so, officials said.

The suspect exited the bus at Honeywell Avenue and East 180 Street in the Crotona neighborhood, the NYPD said.

The individual fled westbound on East 180 Street on foot.

No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.

Police describe the suspect as a male with a light complexion and short white hair. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black jeans, and black sneakers.
