NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A building manager was bashed in the head with a chair and seriously injured while breaking up a smoke circle in a Manhattan vestibule, police said Wednesday.

The NYPD released surveillance footage of the suspect they’re searching for in the Nov. 15 attack at 338 East 15th St. in Gramercy.

The 61-year-old building manager confronted three people who were smoking weed in the entryway around 6:20 p.m. when one of them grabbed a chair and struck him over the head with it.

The victim suffered serious injuries to his head, according to police. EMS transported him to Mount Sinai Beth Israel in stable condition.
