NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 65-year-old off-duty Health Department employee was arrested on DWI charges after hitting a parked car in Greenwich Village early Friday, police said.

Ivy Woodburn was at the intersection of Charles Street and Seventh Avenue South in the West Village just after midnight Friday when she hit the unattended car, police said.
Woodburn’s vehicle flipped over during the crash, according to officials.
EMS workers transported Woodburn to Bellevue Hospital with minor injuries, and cops charged her with DWI.
